Ann Azama, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr.
Ann Azama has enjoyed practicing pediatric dentistry in San Francisco
since 1988 and takes much pleasure in watching children in her practice
grow up to be young adults with beautiful, healthy smiles. She enjoys
partnering with parents to achieve the best dental health for their
children in a fun and positive environment.
Dr.
Azama was born and raised in Hawaii. After earning her B.A. and Doctor of
Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington, she continued
post-doctoral studies at U.C.L.A. While earning a certificate in
pediatric dentistry, Dr. Azama concurrently obtained a Master of Science
degree in Oral Biology. In addition to her years of exemplary care for
her patients, Dr. Azama devotes much of her personal time to volunteer in
organized dentistry. She served as President of the California Society of
Pediatric Dentistry, a specialty organization dedicated to improving the
oral health care of all of California’s children. Recognized for her
outstanding leadership and exceptional contributions to dentistry, Dr.
Azama has been selected to become a fellow in the American College of
Dentists. She is also an elected fellow in the International College of
Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy, both international honor dental
organizations. Dr. Azama is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry and has earned the distinction of Diplomate of the American
Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dennis Wong,
D.D.S.

Dr. Dennis Wong was born and raised in
Sacramento and is well known for his kind, gentle nature coupled with a
wonderful sense of humor. He continually strives to form trusting
relationships by creating a warm and welcoming environment for his
patients and their parents. This, he believes, creates the foundation for
a lifetime of good dental health.
In 1996, Dr. Wong received the Outstanding
Achievement Award in Pediatric Dentistry from the American Society of
Dentistry for Children. He has been an Associate Clinical Professor in
Pediatric Dentistry at the Unive rsity
of California San Francisco, and he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery
Degree and Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the UCLA School of
Dentistry, where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Wong has received extensive
training in anesthesia, sedation, growth and development, and treating
children with disabilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from
the University of California at Davis. Dr. Wong is a member of the
American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American
Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry,
and San Francisco Dental Society.
Dr. Wong and his wife Betty have three boys
and together they enjoy traveling, golf, fishing, martial arts and other
outdoor activities.

Kristina Langworthy, D.D.S..
M.S.D.
Dr. Kristina prides
herself on creating happy dental visits for children. Her calm confidence
reassures children that might at first be a little nervous. She is
dedicated to providing superior dental care for our young patients and
strives to inspire them with her warm, positive energy.
Dr. Kristina has devoted her life to learning about the health and care of
children. She received a Bachelors of Science in Human Development from
U.C. Davis and, to help put herself through college, worked for seven
years as a Registered Dental Assistant in a pediatric dental office. Dr.
Kristina obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from University of
the Pacific in San Francisco. She received her postdoctoral degree in
pediatric dentistry from the University of Texas in Houston.
Dr. Kristina was born and raised in Cupertino, and now she loves living in
San Francisco. She has two children of her own, who brush twice a day and
floss every night. Motherhood has provided her with greater purpose and
empathy for her patients. Dr. Kristina is focused on making a meaningful
contribution to the children she works with and to the dental profession.
